House Rules

1. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 400€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a 500€ fine per day.

4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The space
Furnished in our unique KO-LIVING-style with beautiful paintings in street art design you can enjoy a special stay in Halle in this beautiful apartment of 58sqm.

You can park in the parking garage Ritterhaus; Kleine Brauhausstraße 7 (around 5 Minutes per foot).

Please also have a look at our other listings in Halle, which offer space for up to 6 people.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed. This can be separated into two single beds, which we can also prepare separately on request. There is an additional single bed, so that we are also able to accomodate smaller groups.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

The separate living room invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. This can be folded down into another bed for two more guests. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV you can switch off and relax here after a hard day. Additionally there is a dart board for your entertainment. The living room also has a solid wood dining table for four people. A special highlight is the balcony whichh yu can acces from the living room.

The bathroom has everything you need. For example hair dryer, towels and soap for example.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a keysafe.
Guest access
You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel like home! We are not on site, but can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. But please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).

Free high-speed WiFi (50mbps).

We also provide a baby cot and two children's high chairs for free upon prior request.

If you are on vacation with bikes you can leave them on the inner courtyard of the building. The courtyard is always locked and can only be acced by the tenants. Please contact us due to this prior to your stay.
