This spacious and stylishly furnished accommodation is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. With great attention to detail, the Ko-Living Space Bergblick promises an unforgettable stay in Wildemann.

Bedrooms:

Two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.

Living Room:

The separate living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and a 55-inch Smart TV. Here, you can relax after a long day in nature and stream your favorite shows.

Kitchen:

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, and all necessary cooking utensils. The large solid wood dining table seats up to 8 people and invites you to enjoy meals together.

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and leaves nothing to be desired. You will find everything you need for your stay, including a hairdryer, towels, and soap.

House Rules

1. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 400€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a 500€ fine per day.

4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

10. - Before Check-in it is mandatory to fill in an arrival form with a scan of a national ID
