House Rules

1. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 400€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a 500€ fine per day.

4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

10. - Before Check-in it is mandatory to fill in an arrival form with a scan of a national ID

The space
Imagine waking up surrounded by the tranquility of the Harz – that's what awaits you at Ko-Living Space Bergblick. The entire second floor of our house, along with an additional studio in the attic, offers a total of 177 sqm of living space, perfect for families, workations, or groups seeking a spacious and nature-oriented retreat.

Sleeping Areas:
The four apartments and the studio offer a total of six cozy bedrooms. Apartment 4 features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). Apartment 5 has a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm). Apartment 6 provides two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and another with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. Apartment 7 has a bedroom with a double bed (2x100x200 cm). The studio in the attic (Apartment 8) offers two single beds (90x200 cm). This arrangement provides ample space for up to 15 guests.

Living Areas:
Each apartment features functional living areas, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day spent in nature. Apartment 4 offers a cozy living room with a 32-inch TV and access to a balcony with a stunning view. Apartment 5 has a living area with a 43-inch smart TV and a comfortable couch. Apartment 6 boasts a separate living room, equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a comfortable couch. Apartment 7 offers a living area with a 40-inch TV. Studio 8 is compact yet cozy, with an armchair and a 32-inch TV.

Kitchens and Dining Areas:
The apartments are equipped with functional kitchens, providing everything you need to prepare meals. Apartments 4 and 5 have kitchenettes with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and a 2-burner stove. Apartment 6 features a spacious kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and a large dining table for up to 8 people, which can also be used for meetings. Apartment 7 has a separate kitchen, also with a 2-burner stove, fridge, and microwave. Studio 8 is equipped with a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals.

Bathrooms:
The apartments have practical bathrooms, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to your day. Apartment 4 has a bathroom with a bathtub, Apartment 5 a bathroom with a shower, Apartment 6 also offers a shower, and Apartment 7 has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bathroom in Studio 8 is located across the hall from the studio and is reserved exclusively for its guests.

Terrace and Balcony:
A special highlight is the large balcony shared by Apartments 4-6, ideal for social evenings. From here, you have a wonderful view of the natural surroundings.

The entire second floor of Ko-Living Space Bergblick combines practicality with nature. The well-thought-out layout of the apartments and the additional studio in the attic create an inviting and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for families, groups, workations, and nature lovers. Here, you can unwind, immerse yourself in nature, and enjoy the comfort and amenities of a fully equipped accommodation.

Whether you're with family, friends, or a group – this combination of four apartments and a studio offers the perfect base for exploring the Harz while enjoying the tranquility and comfort of a spacious retreat amidst nature.
Guest access
You have the entire apartment and the community area in the ground level are at your disposal (with big dining area, billiard and piano). Feel like home! We are not on site, but can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. But please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).
Additional notes
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels.
