The space
Outdoor area

The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) that you can reach via a staircase in the stairwell.

Living area
Behind the front door is the living area with a large comfortable corner couch to lean back and relax after long excursions. A soft carpet over high-quality laminate, an armchair in a nordic look (expected from November 2020) and a chic coffee table invite you to linger. A smart TV with satellite connection and free Netflix access offer plenty of entertainment. The armchair has a sleeping function, so that one of you can sit down here in the evening.

Kitchen and dining area
You reach the dining area and the kitchen via the loft-like living area in half-timbered style. 4 - 6 people can sit at the solid wood table in the dining area. Directly connected to this you will find the kitchen with everything you need to prepare full meals (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave and kettle).

1st bedroom
You can also reach the 1st bedroom through the living area. It's warm and inviting. Here you will find a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) in which you can get some sleep after a long excursion. You can stow your private items in the closet.

bathroom
The bathroom can be found in the hallway of the dining area. Equipped with a shower, toilet, storage space and a large mirror, you have everything you need there.

2 Bedrooms
The second bedroom can also be reached via the hall from the dining area. Here two people can sleep in a large bed (1.40 x 2.0 m). Clothes and private items can be stowed in the dresser. An additional sleeping place can be found here in the comfortable sleeping chair (probably from November).

Roof terrace
One of the special highlights of the apartment is the spacious roof terrace with dining area. Equipped with a high-quality wooden floor, you can end the evening over the roofs of Halle or enjoy your breakfast in glorious sunshine.

We also provide a baby cot and two children's high chairs for free upon prior request.

If you are on vacation with bikes you can leave them on the inner courtyard of the building. The courtyard is always locked and can only be acced by the tenants. Please contact us due to this prior to your stay.

Please remember that you’re staying in a private flat, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Neighborhood overview
It couldn't be more central ;-). You are in the middle of the old town of Halle, which is one of the largest area monuments in Germany that has remained almost intact from the war. Despite its central location, the apartment is quietly located in a side street with hardly any traffic. From here you can reach all central points in a few minutes.
