1. Check-in is at 16:00, Checkout is at 10:00. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. 9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. 10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The space
Outdoor area

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old building. You can access the apartment via a staircase in the stairwell.

Living and dining area
Across the hall, you return to the living area with a comfortable vintage couch to lean back after long trips. A soft carpet over the appropriate laminate and an ammunition box that has been converted into a coffee table invite you to relax. A 55 inch smart TV on the wall with Netflix access is here for your entertainment.

Kitchen and dining area

You can reach the kitchen via the hallway. Here you will find a kitchen with everything you need to prepare full meals (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave and kettle). In the dining area there is space for 5 people at the nice dining table.

bathroom
You can access the bathroom through the kitchen. Equipped with a shower, toilet, storage space and a lmirror, you have everything you need there.

Bedroom
The bedroom is on the left side of the front door The large room has a bright and inviting industrial design. Here you will find a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.0 m) and a standard ed (0,9 x 2,00m) in which you can sleep well . You can store your clothes in the open closet element.
Additional notes
Please remember that you’re staying in a flat of our own, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Neighborhood overview
The Paulusviertel is one of the most desirable residential areas in Halle.
There are two bakers, a supermarket and several restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the apartment. The center is within walking distance from the accommodation. An ideal starting point to explore the many sights. In the neighborhood there are various places to eat and shop: butchers, bakers, kebabs, Italians, Greeks, nice pubs, pharmacy, hairdresser, flower shop.
Getting around
The tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away. From the Steintor (transfer hub) you can reach all parts of Halle by tram, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
