House Rules

1. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 400€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a 500€ fine per day.

4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The space
!!! Please be aware the pictures are only examples and will be updated soon. The apartment offered here is a tiny bit smaller than the apartment in the photos, but in the same style and with equal equipment !!!

This modern and freshly renovated approx. 58 sqm apartment in an old building is perfect for 2-4 people. The 3rd and 4th guests can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

You will love the unique design with paintings and posters from the Beatles. One of the highlights is an stylish record player where you can hear some classic Beatles songs.

You can park in a near parking garage Ritterhaus in the Brauhausgasse (10 EUR per day).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.

The separate living room invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. This can be folded down into another bed with its own mattress like a 3rd bed. With high-speed WiFi, smart TV and Netflix, you can switch off and relax here after a hard day.

From the kitchen and living room, you can reach the beautiful terrace.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.

Here, too, everything is available that you could wish for from your home: a hair dryer, towels, and soap for example.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a key safe where you get an electronic key for your apartment.
Guest access
You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel like home! We are not on site, but can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. But please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).

Neighborhood overview
It couldn't be more central ;-). You are in the middle of the old town of Halle, which is one of the largest area monuments in Germany that has remained almost intact from the war. Despite its central location, the apartment is quietly located in a side street with hardly any traffic. From here you can reach all central points in a few minutes.
