House Rules

1. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 400€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to a 500€ fine per day.

4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

5. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

6. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

7. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Cameras maybe used in public areas (never inside the apartment).

8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

9. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

The space
This modern and freshly renovated approx. 52sqm apartment in an old building is perfect for 2-4 people.

Furnished in our unique KO-LIVING-style with pop art motives in street art design you can enjoy a special stay in Halle.

You can park in the parking garage at a parking garage nearby (Dachritzstraße 10 around 5 Minutes per feet).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.

The separate living and bedroom room with two beds is adjacent to the kitchen and invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV you can switch off and relax here after a hard day.

The bathroom has everything you need. For example hair dryer, towels and soap for example.

The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a keysafe and a smartlock.
Guest access
You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Feel like home! We are not on site, but can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. But please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).

It couldn't be more central ;-). You are in the middle of the old town of Halle, which is one of the largest area monuments in Germany that has remained almost intact from the war. From here you can reach all central points in a few minutes.
